The phoney war in Ukraine (Odessa)

Mark Kishon Christopher interviews a westerner living in Odessa (Ukraine). He explains that the city is very quiet, not being bombed, and not under seige. He witnessed four journalists assemble in the street, as if they were waiting for something to happen. Then, an air raid siren started up and they lifted their camera and started filming. One journalist was dressed in a flack jacket and wore a helmet.
